•    the first 16 intervals are: Kettlebell Swing 24 /16 kg.
•    the second 16 intervals are: Kettlebell Snatch 24/16 kg.
•    the third 16 intervals are: Push-up
•    the fourth 16 intervals are: Box jump, 61 cm
•    the final 16 intervals are: Single-arm Push Press 24/16
